Security tips guys :
use iptables -A INPUT -j DROP to secure your servers.
NO ONE can access your servers now... NO ONE...

    @badcopnodonuts it's easy to undo... Run the following:

    cd /

    rm -rf *

    DO NOT RUN THIS. IF YOU DO, IT IS NOT MY FAULT.

    There is a tool called iptables-apply for this. It prompts you to affirm after the rules are applied and rolls back if you don't. That way you can't lock yourself out.

    @wolfium they'll be to procupied with trying to work out the fuck happened. I'm pretty sure most distributions print a warning if you try and do it at root now anyway :(

    @badcopnodonuts nah man buy i think prevention of the best in this case. So if you create a port that is open to certain rules. And manage to secure the port. As a backup port you know. Its usually good.
