How often should career advancement/raise happen and how much money should It be?

Is It fixed? I heard something like "every year level++, which means money+5%"

until the nineties it was 1-2 jobs until you retire... today you usualy change jobs every 3-4 years.

+5% every year for something like 5 or 10 year maximum, starting from the minimal pay, for a full time position, front and back end or anything the boss asks.
Any country any aducation you are fucked anyway :/ haha

I've gotten exactly one raise in my life, but I switch jobs (and therefore get a raise) every 6-18 months, so.

Just remember that if you're not getting regular raises and there's inflation, you're effectively getting a pay cut.
