We need to fill a Google form for some formalities at college. They want us to fill our parents' anniversary date as well. Why the fuck?

Thankfully, the field is not marked as compulsory to fill else I'd be paranoid as hell (still am tho).

@AlexDeLarge I haven't yet. Will try to not fill it for as long as possible until one of the professors threatens me for detention. Trust me they're very capable of doing that.
Also, NONE of the fields in the form is marked as compulsory to fill. So I guess I have my excuse xD

You will never know, maybe they want to send an anniversary gift for all the parents on their anniversaries.

For formalities contact number and mail id is enough. WTF they want from anniversary and bday? I think they haven't got enough options for text field so they just asked as they got in mind.

Or you could fill out as little as possible while the fields still isnt marked as required

Looks like they are not up to date on the inclusive paranoia: Apparently, now, you have to say parent #1 and parent #2
