I am pretty sure by now that this project is trying to screw me over. on the test server I had errors I didn't have on docker, and on live I have errors I didn't have on test OR docker. Because why the heck apparently not. Sidenote: utf-8 is NOT suited for inserting text with emojis into a DB.

    Now that you say that, I remember Tom Scott's Emojli talk where he says he had the same issue with his app, and he ended up base64 encoding it lol.

    Warning for you (sorry I'm late): don't try to use utf-8 with text fields in databases.
