Negative thoughts just won't get out of my head. It's so annoying because it happens 99% at night. I love my girlfriend and yet my brain wants to turn a simple comment "I love you more and more when I kiss you" into something negative simply because I don't 'feel' anything other than I got a nice kiss at the time. It causes overthinking and I always come to the same conclusion. "I love her very much, my brain is just being self destructive right now".

This is just one silly example but it extends into all aspects of my life (and definitely into my work). How can one stop instrusive negative thoughts and just be happy with what they have 😭

    To turn it more positive, your are now able to see your negative thoughts and decide how much you value them.
