But WHY USE PYTHON?!
You need to install the framework somehow...

Use .vbs it has the power to eject the drive, show messages and it works on every windows

I once wrote a VBS script that opens your CD drive every minute. I put it into the autostart folder of a friend's computer. It was pretty funny letting him figure that out😂

Opening a CD drive actually is the same function as ejecting a USB drive. Just make a loop that ejects all drive letters every minute.
