EVERY-SINGLE-FUCKING-DAY.

Usually when I sent e-mails/messages with complete instructions for a client and then I receive this as reply:

"Ok, I did step one, what do I do now?"

I often reply with a "look at your message history" and, yet, I have to re-send everything again because of their inability todo so (or their laziness for searches).

I love sending instructions that say "Hey this part is going to say error, but it's not an error. It's fine. Continue to the next step" Then I get an email from the person I was helping, "OMG it says error here!!!!!" Yes I know, I specifically told you to ignore it.

I feel you, mate. My "most used" sentence when talking to non-it people is probably: "Can you read the message for me, please?" Until they realise their mistake. For some, it takes way too many tries.
