My SSD goes bad and I file for an RMA. WD asks me to send in the faulty device in return of a replacement. So I pack everything up very nicely, put the labels on and hand it over to the courier.

Except for one tiny little problem, its been 2 days and it's only now that I found out that I forgot to put the faulty SSD inside the package.

So I basically just paid for a neatly packed empty box to be delivered to them. God! why do these SSDs have to be so freaking lightweight??
