Also annoying: vacancies that require you to e-mail and entire custom cover letter tailored to them instead of having a damn web form like everyone else. lmao

@torbuntu they have to know so little for their work and still they don't know. You have to realize, a lot of people are like that. Those people are literally only calling and crossing fingers and all that time never invested a second in domain knowledge. It's just impressive.

If only all job-hunting web UIs had proper filtering options, e.g.:
- by location, job type, contract type, etc etc.
A number of them just dump all the applications in one place.. without filters.. sigh lol.
