See that hair-thin gap to the right? Me too, because it’s actually there. You had one job, microsoft! And you messed it up again! For fucks sake!

    I bet Satya Nadella himself added this gap!

    Please use a modern browser

    It hurts me

    mind the gap

    The lady at the metro always says that.

    It's just fuckin text, get over it.
    But at least you got to make a "microsoft bad" rant out of such a minor thing. Congratu-fucking-lations.

    Add some extra ram so you can use Chrome instead.
  • 6
    Alternatively, you could use a non-shit browser and *poof* the gap is gone

    While we @ it, firefox mobile, the generally considered as "worst" mobile browser displays it correctly

    All browsers on iOS use WebKit, Apple locks any other browser engine down. Github should really test for ~8% of internet traffic.

    @irene differently from i3, those kinds of gaps ain't sexy

    guess they don't do grid
  • 1
    No, I don't, since my phone's screen protector basically turns my edge-to-edge screen into a CRT and turns the outer 5 pixels on every side into overscan area.

    @hell no. I3gaps are ugly AF.

    @badgamernl @CodeMasterAlex @githelp

    iOS safari is 53.7% of all mobile devices market. And yes, this fucking gap is a problem because it adds horizontal inertial scrolling and poof, I can’t scroll your webpage properly anymore.

    I guess they shouldn’t have fired Zach Holman. Just overflow-y: hidden you know. Just box-sizing: border-box you know. And instead, they add stupid border around your avatar, just to make sure your profile looks ugly as hell. Congrats!

    @irene 😂😂

    Huh if it's someone's fault, I wanna see all your app and websites UI, on all browsers on all devices.

    I'm not defending MS. I'm defending the fucking shit life of a web dev.

    @cursee the latest, most popular mobile browser in the world would be enough.

    @uyouthe USA is not the world though.

    do you see the "GitHub.com"? Notice how it does NOT say "microsoft.com"? But yeah keep trashing the evil company. Because now they are responsible for _everything_ that happens of github
  • 0
    @iKameo GitHub is theirs. Of course they are responsible.
  • 1
    Seriously step bitching about big companies. Yes they are big and you expect these small things to not be there, but assuming it's GitHub, they have so much more important thing to think of. If they missed that out it is perfectly normal, humans do mistakes and they especially do mistakes in large stuff like GitHub!

    Edit: it's not even because of the site, but because of your browser
