    @cst1992 @rendezvous just thought about something: is it possible for you to improve the quality of your sleep while keeping the natural wake up early? Best of both worlds. It'd be beast mode.

    Maybe start building a routine: go earlier to bed, drink a glass of water, take melatonine (it helps you go in deep sleep faster). Logistics should be a focus too: is your bed/matress good? Buy a sleep tracker (those you put under your bed). Check with a specialist.

    I'm sure you could turn your situation into an asset. Your bug into a feature.

    @Cultist i already have a routine of waking up at 0630, going straight to work and leave at 17.

    but sometimes it get fucked up and i wake up at 4 in the morning, and that sucks because if i re-sleep it’s not a full cycle and i’ll end up more tired than just waking up, but if i don’t re-sleep it’s hard to last for the day 🤔

    Today I woke up at 5:30 for no reason.
    It felt better than 4:30 because I can actually get up and not feel like I'm waking up too early.
