    I used to have bad knees and leg circulation as well. Then I started exercising, going to the gym, squatting, and now I no longer have those issues 👌

    I also used to suffer that a lot.

    After a lot of research I found the luckiest place in my country and moved to that !

    Now things are better.

    I got meniscus tear in my knees too. But I decided that this shit will not keep me down and slowly built strength in my legs and now I can squat 100kg for reps.

    Don't give up! It's a dilapidating condition and at 23 it sucks but keep at it. You will function like you did before in no time.

    @Farshad daaaaaamn dude you gotta bulk out those knees. Do some squats (doesn't even have to be at the gym; start with 50/day then add 20 every week)

    I'm 25 and my body is fighting itself for the most time since 2015. It got so bad that it prohibits me from working at all. There is no cure, just some ways to make it slightly more bearable. I have troubles to fall asleep at night and to concentrate at day due to the always present pain which has been increasing for about a year without break now. I can't sit or stand still for more than 15 minutes. But at least my knees are quite okay.

    well, this turned into a rant itself. I don't want to compete, but I guess the take is that life is cruel and you should be happy that it's not worse.
