    Angular 2 (just my opinion)

Do you want stability and the ability to work with legacy projects? Angular.

I would agree with learning React!

Angular 2 as long as you don't have to support IE8. It's simpler and the workflow is more modern.

If you have to choose between the two, go with Angular 2 to future proof yourself more. But I do have to say that Aurelia is the next big framework.

Leave it to programmers, when a client asks for solution a or b, to give solutions c, d, and f

Angular 1 I wud say ! Going Angular 2 you have to even learn Typescript too ...as far I see Angular 2 is developed completely mobile apps in mind where as Angular 1 suits for web apps which is east to learn and fun to work with ! SO has great support for Angular 1 than Angular 2 , not many people have expertise in Angular 2 as it's stable first version went out live in September 2016 lately . Angular 1 learning will also help you understand other framework s like ember.js( my opinion) .Lots of tutorials and awesome blogs around on Angular 1 though as it's more popular and well implemented in software industries .

I would say Angular 1.5 using a tree of components, a bunch of Typescript. You are close enough to an Angular 2 App. But once again, first learn to master JavaScript !
