One day I'll stop creating bugs on production. I think the last 3 releases I've introduced bugs. They need to hire a tester for our team. The other two teams have dedicated testers. I suck at regression testing.

Having a dedicated tester is fine. It will help you relieve from some of the responsibilities

But you need to have an automated test suite to regression test your code. That will actually help you a lot in terms of time, effort and production reversals
