I usually tell the meeting organizers they need to compete in some sort of gladiatorial battle in order to win my presence.
Tell one of them ”I can only attend the first half - so try to ask questions directd at me as early as possible” and tell the other ”I will be joining during the 2nd half”
Works surprisingly well. At least the first half thing.
I am shocked how many meetings I only need to attend half of, and how they generally become more efficient when 1 participant has to leave early.
