I fucking hate eating and food and the planning involved in it. I was seriously overweight and lost over 45kg over 2y and am now at 75kg. Having to constantly think about eating right and getting enough protein and not eating unhealthy shit and having to buy groceries and think about shopping lists and cooking for one fucking person without eating the same for 4 days and having to eat three times a day is SUCH A GOD DAMN waste of time and food has gone from something I liked to something I fucking hate. I don't want to cook I hate it for being such a fucking waste of time especially for one Person because every fucking ingredient comes in packs for at least 3 people. Starving myself has worked until now for getting rid of fat but now I'd have to stick to a plan to not convert my muscles into fat and toning up. Working out does absolutely nothing without eating right but pain at the gym is fucking nothing against the pain of having to waste hours of my life everyday to think about food and eat shit I don't enjoy anymore anyways. Being a vegetarian makes the planning even more difficult. If I was rich I'd just pay someone to plan and cook. Food has dominanted so many aspects of my life and wasted so much fucking time I'm seriously considering to just go and fucking starve myself to death. I already struggle to eat more than once in 30 hours because I forget it because I don't want to think about it. I just finally want my fucking peace from this shit.

And yes I have searched for some kind of food delivery service but they're all either completely unhealthy, not vegetarian, don't include enough protein and contain a way too much sugar or are at least 2000% more expensive than every other option. If you know any Austrian service you can recommend please let me know

    Maybe cook something you can store in a freezer and consume one portion at a time. That way you can cook a lot at once and still not eat it every day for half a week.

    @electrineer. tried that and still hated it. Thanks for the answer though. I think I'll just have to work out a plan and write a bot that orders from a grocery store. I hate sticking to plans though

    @nibor taste like shit almost made me vomit. And protein shakes are good and all but they're noway near what your body needs. You can include it in your diet though

    You could try out a meal prep service for a while. https://www.freshnlean.com/. Their price per meal is going to be more expensive than if you make it yourself, but if it's causing you this much stress then it's probably worth some money from time to time.

    You also can just do meal prep yourself but switch it up weekly. Someone said something about protein shakes, those help. I'll ironically use those to help with intermittent fasting because they tend to make you bloated and I won't want to eat the rest of the day, saves money/time.

    You probably just haven't found the diet that works for you yet. It takes time. Took me like 4 years of dieting to settle in on the diet I'm doing now and be happy with it. It ends up being a life style change, not a short term thing, if you want to make it last.

    @Elyz I mean.... It can be fun but just when you're planning to do it and trying something new and actually have the time to do it. But it's really annoying when you're forced to do it.

    I quite like cooking when I'm not fucking exhausted which seems to be all the time these days. So I've been using Jake meal replacements + some protein powder for one meal a day most days.

    Can't say it's _tasty_, but it's not objectionable.
