Why is Jira such a piece of trash!? I can't update anything without it shitting itself.

UI is trash
UX is also trash

Don't even get me started on their garbage excuse of a native app.

Honestly, you'd think they test this before even releasing

    Atlassian does nothing but trash

I think they should use a ticketing system to handle their several bugs. Do they use one?

There are unfortunately shittier alternatives or ones that do not have enough features, but yeah we need a good software management tool suite.

@crisz they probably use Jira, that's where it went wrong 😂 You can't solve a problem in the context it's created

@rooter the problem is that they need a working Jira in order to fix their Jira. It's a deadlock

I feel like Jira is the throw-off project of the Atlassian empire. It the worst of all their products, sucks I have to use it every day...

I've heard this a few times before, but still don't get it. What about it is so bad?

@Gazotey sluggish UI, unresponsive UX, no feedback by support taken seriously

the native app has minimal features to even be useful. And when you log time it never gives you the option to choose a date you saved it as last, or tracks the current time at the moment you need to log something.

But at least it has dark mode, but they spent months on the thing. Don't release something if its fundamentally broken

@bleedingnutsack Haha ok, got it. My experience with Jira has been pleasant so far, but then again, I've only been using it for a few months.

@Gazotey give it time, maybe next year you will know the pain
