Bicycling.

I get to relieve stress and not think about anything but my breathing and how much my legs hurt.

Meanwhile, my brain can relax and work out solutions to problems I'm not thinking about.

    Agreed! And for myself: the way to some of my commute. Instead of zombify on the train I get a good pulse, "physical therapy" and the excercise is done when I get home.
