I agree with everyone, it’s probably one of the most important investments you’ll make in yourself believe it or not. When the pandemic first hit, and I was full time remote, my back got so bad from my cheap home office chair that I was physically unable to lift my son out of his crib for like 2 weeks. Then I spent a little more than half a paycheck on a nice office chair (same brand as I had in my company’s HQ), and I’ve never regretted it, not even a little.
