I don't know abt other countries, but in my country, most of developers are single :/

Either way, usually devs make a decent living in most countries. Due to it being a skilled labor.

@vannrith I am sure it would be difficult to leave everything you know behind. Still might be worth doing some research, just to see what option you might have. Also, I really hope that the 2-300 a month was not in Riels.

Pretty annoyed since I spent 6 months unemployed looking for a development job and I maybe doing that for a couple weeks soon (gonna quit this dead end dev job lol).

If you see my previous posts though you can see that some companies don't know anything about development xD (app store coding language LOL)

Well good luck getting a job in New Zealand it's tough trying to get into the company oh and don't move to Auckland the prices for houses/rent is massive inflated. Overseas investors bought houses and increased the prices by a lot (an okay house can cost close to $750k - $1 mil :/)
