Does anyone know an effective way of syncing office365 calendar events to google calendar?

Maybe I'm missing something blazingly obvious, but I just can't figure this out. Here's the situation. Work uses Office365, and I'd like to see calendar events on my phone (Pixel w/ oreo). BUT! For some reason when I try to make an Exchange account on said phone, the Exchange server wants to be device admin and set all kinds of ridiculous rules/restrictions. No thanks. Plus, before a few months ago the server had never demanded this.

So, I called our IT department. Their first response was, "Why do you want to have calendar events on your phone?"... ok... Their second response was "Just make the Exchange server device admin."

As you can imagine I'm a bit frustrated by this and must be missing something. Any help?

not quite. I just want events from Office365 to show up on literally any calendar app on my phone. The issue is that the Exchange server isn't playing nicely with me and IT insists that they have no idea what the problem is.

@unity thanks! I don't know how I overlooked that. Frustration must have fried my brain...

@emunreas it's not that exchange doesn't want to play nice, your IT department put a rule that require a minimum of security to your device... You can try to sync your exchange account in gmail (if it's possible on gmail, usual google doesn't want to support any ms stuff) and also depends on the minimum securitu rules set by you IT admin

@dontbeevil I haven't tried the solution yet but it does say "Google Calendar is now automatically updated with new events from Office 365 calendar."
