Devs! Heard about this thing called going to sleep without dreaming about ways to fix a bug?
Whenever I force myself to sleep whenever I get stuck on a bug or confused about the implementation of a feature and started dreaming about the approaches I can take. Most of the time I wake up around 2 or 3 am to try out an idea I had and most of the time it works.
Now I fear this is becoming a habit. Is it something I worry about or ignore since my problem is getting solved?8 -
I never thought big about Whitespaces until Hacktoberfest came by.
Fed up with the amount of PR and notifications I am getting on my repo . Most of the time they create a PR to create a Whitespace and then delete it . Now I have put up a Repository to at least add some joke instead of those Whitespaces13 -
TL;DR I fucked up my life with a D in APUSH
Alright so I'm a sophomore in high school and I really really like programming. Like really. Maybe a little too much.
Cuz I spend all my time on it and while that's gotten me a 102% in AP Computer Science, my other classes aren't looking so good.
Especially History.
Now I'm in all the AP classes I could take, besides English cuz I hate that shit. And I learned something new this year: I also hate AP US History
And with how it all turned out, I failed my second quarter of APUSH. Fuck. Luckily I had a B first quarter so I ended up with a D. Still not great.
Still got like a 3.9 GPA but I think that's weighted.
Anyhow, how bad did I fuck up and how can I overcome my strange addiction? Thanks for listening, if anyone did1 -
Well sending emails to get sponsors and project for my 2 month long open-source hackathon is tiring and often end up with no reply :(
If anyone has a cool Opensource project we would love to have it here for students to learn opensource https://devscript.tech/woc/
It's a student-led hackathon without funds so would love some sponsors too.4
