I could hear the *ba dum tss* right after reading this haha
-
So.. did you debug it?
-
@robbietoppert I’ve mastered the skill of subconscious saving

@jAsE
-
Honestly, I kinda liked the orange icon more..
-
@thremedy I saw through the horrible pixelation which still showed the letters LAZADA, and improves as you look at it from a distance? lol
-
Been in the exact same position. Time to set some firm rules a bit more dude, tell them that you can catch up after doing work at the office. They wont think you’re home unless you tell them you’re home.
If they persist, tell them to respect you and your job, or get them to start paying your bills. -
Lazada is absolutely shithouse, can’t wait for Amazon to setup in SE Asia.
-
Especially when muppets start commenting ‘ Lol look all the iSheep... blah blah shit talk blah.’
Like seriously, Stfu EABOD.
As long as the work gets done on that machine then there isn’t any problem. -
Damn.. I got excited thinking DevRant got sub comment threads...
-
Or something similar to Medium’s new Claps feature

140 years later and they hired her to be the boss... wtf happened
-
This is actually the old MacBook Pro (Without touchbar and USB C). Based on the Apple logo lighting up and USB 3 male connectors.. another wtf..
Honestly, who still uses cd’s.. I haven’t touched one in 3-4 years -
The USB hub isn’t even connected. So many wtf’s right now.
-
@balte that’s kinda fucked. Not only do you leave and fuck the team over, you also leave the boss uneducated and needing to find someone to replace you cause some muppet showed him a empty page after a month of being paid looking for a new job whilst ‘working from home’.
How about educating the boss on why that isn’t possible (I don’t use Angular so I don’t know how that stuff works, I’ll learn to eventually)
This way your boss is more educated, high possibility of his respect for you growing aswell and willing to come to you more for developer support and opinion cause you know your shit.
If your boss argues against your opinion ( and why would he? He hired you cause you know your shit in that part of the business), then yeah, he’s a fuckhead. -
Developers: Ha good try! *opens dev tools*

Haha this is totally me too. I’ve started to take action on this by making my own framework so I don’t have to rely on bootstrap.. we honestly don’t need a one shoe fits all bulky solution.
-
@Lahsen2016 yeah nah, no bueno

4, water will run out of bottom of cup 7 and fill up from below, eventually rising up to then start filling cup 4

Big question to ask yourself is: How often will you be looking at it?
I spend a while picking one too, but I always catch myself and ask myself the above question. I end up leaving it as it is most of the time because I don’t look at it that much. But First unsplash.com image I like usually does the trick. -
So, did you contact them to resolve?
-
You’re telling us you have 4 days to do what the fuck you want?
Develop, learn, work on your own shit, make shit that makes people go fuck yeah! Work that curiosity my friend -
Haha did you get this from TheNextWeb? I saw the exact same image in one of their blog posts.
Anyway, The logo is visually balanced and appealing to the eye, it just works when you look at it. Of course our OCD will kick in when we compare it to a perfect circle.
Just like in typography, there will be letters ( like o,q,g,f etc) that exceed the baseline and cap line to be visually pleasing. -
I was the same when I switched from Sublime Text to Atom. Then I switched to VS Code and don't plan on going back. It's faster and nicer to use. Even the packages I had to install with Atom were preinstalled with VS Code. I highly recommend it.
