iceb1175324d@black-kite No. I just got back from a relaxing vacation and couldn't wait to work on my project.
But that was my last job. No way I'd do that for the current job. -
iceb1175324d@black-kite I don't know if regret is the right word since I still think changing to this job was the right call.
It's just not interesting enough to keep me engaged and wanting to work.
But yeah, definitely starting to look.
Interestingly enough, this may also be the first time in my career where I'm normal and look forward to fridays/hate Mondays etc like the rest of the society lol -
lankku447324dOrrr, you just had a fun vacation and are actually growing as a person to have a work/life balance?
I have the best work gig so far (like only results matter, not the hours put in) and my gods do I hate getting back to work. So much that I 'overslept' for 2 hours and now I'm devranting and reading the every after-holiday cheery getting back to work tips that are not helpful at all. I just hate work and have so much more fun out of it.
wow. I, do, not, want, to work today at all.
I don't think I've ever felt this strongly about first day back to work before.
Guess the previous job was actually interesting :(
I even went to the office on NYD just to do some heads down coding. (but ended up doodling on everyone's empty whiteboards)
