@humble First of all: Welcome to devRant!!!
Second of all: Didn't you check your college's curriculum before you enrolled into their CS programme?
Third of all: If you don't like it, quit your current programme and enroll into a programming school. No knowledge is "wasted learning shit". -
jmclemo66787yFirst, don't trivialize suicide man. People here and everywhere else have lost loved ones to it and you shouldn't lighten the horror it really is.
Second, you do know there is more to life than coding right? Trust me, you'll want to have other hobbies/things you're interested in otherwise you risk becoming burnt out very quickly. Look at those classes as an opportunity to find something new that interests you. -
Dude chill out. I get it, you are eager to learn amazing shit at your college. Correct me if I am wrong, but the way you have phrased your post about 'computer stream' and 'college makes me learn shit', I feel you're in a curriculum where you are unable to select your courses. No matter, just try to learn what you like on your own and try to keep college grades above some minimal acceptable level like 80% or something.
I was in a similar position, college was incompetent. But don't get so annoyed over it. Have fun doing other stuff with your friends, do your own thing learning stuff you like. Going out with your friends will really relive your stress.

I am a good kid, and I love to code... but my fucking college makes me learn shit that I don't want to learn, that too in a computer science stream. Should I kill myself because I feel trapped and my precious life is being wasted learning shit.
