This is a reasonable security measure when you're handling geographically connected data. Even just the pattern in which electricity bill overdue notices are issued can expose dangerous details about your economy to a foreign intelligence service

@TheBeardedOne I thought it was for security reasons, but enabling MFA in git would have been just as effective, and maybe some sort of reduced TTL on tokens.
