I'm not saying that windows' Bluetooth is shitty but my Linux connected even before windows realized I had plugged in the dongle. And well Bluetooth headphone won't work... Windows doesn't wanna connect... Solution? Unpair then pair again with pin 0000. Linux: left click on Bluetooth menu > connect.
