I know that this is a scam but this advertising doesn‘t even make sense.
If one invests in the wrong company and then loses money to it, then it‘s like losing money in the casino. Bad luck.
You can‘t offer to "recover" it, because it wasn‘t stolen.
So with "recovery" you are implying stealing it back.
But of course none of this matters because the story is made up to lure people into a scam.
