I uploaded my static site on AWS. Doesn't load when I typed the public IP in the URL. Googled, found StackOverflow answer to traffic and ports as a security group to AWS. Tried it and it still doesn't work.

    What AWS service are you using to host it? EC2/S3?

    @agentQ If you’re in a VPC - you need to make sure that the VPC has an internet gateway. From memory there might be another security group on that level too

    @Dussed if it didn't have internet, how did I install updates or download apt packages?

    Maybe I'll give AWS another shot. Firewalls really aren't my thing but what the heck. It's free for a year.
