Well,I believe the best way to be loyal is to have a common target. That way each of you will work to get your own targets, thus being loyal to the project. But some time everyone start attacking each other, so to keep your team safe you should know how to cut it in time, and how to forget the problems

Gather everyone in a circle and beat the living shit out of the least loyal team member
