So, is Ruby on Rails worth studying this 2018?

    The new version of Ruby is faster, but there are not many jobs for RoR available. Its not dropping, just stagnant.
    But Ruby as a language is awesome and I'd suggest getting into that, not a niche like RoR.

    Ruby is amazing.
    Rails is nice.

    Rails jobs are harder to find, but often pay rather well.

    Thanks for the comment, guys! I recently met a developer that and is interested to mentor me on Ruby on Rails and will work with projects in the future.

    @byte thanks, mate. I actually am excited to learn a new language. I just need to be sure if it really is worthy to learn knowing that there are a lot of them out there.

    @tonymontana Ruby has a syntax that you fall in love with.
    And after you get a hang of Ruby, languages like Crystal or Elixir that use the same syntax are within your grasp.
    So going with Ruby is worth your time.

    @tonymontana Careful. Once you learn Ruby, you might find every other language is awful and terribly lacking! 😊
