i was the lead Android developer on another company I worked at. if it makes you feel better I would always have issues with it.
Android is a wonderful OS(but in my opinion al OS are great) but their API and layout construction methods are part of the reason why people would look in other places, mainly R.Native since building anl UI with Android is absolutely annoying. don't give up my dude.
I get that I'm new with this programming stuff. Yet why is it I feel I'm fighting the UI of Android than actually programming. Why is it so damn hard to display something in a nav draw. Really depressing when I can't get the damn ui to work to make the click events. Fine I got the damn menu to show. F**k if I can get the child's to show up to continue on the f**king project. F**k me with a cactus.
