work on writing clean code and after that teach your colleagues about it. You could read "Clean Code" by Robert Martin for example. Not rushing the development, using GOOD names and writing straight forward, focussed logic is already something you can think about and practice that will really help your colleagues working with your code (and maybe they will also do better for your own sake)
