Anyone else ignore the obvious signals that you're sick until you sound like a batman impressionist?

also fuck people who want you to work when sick. if i push myself I'll be sick x3 the time. eat shit

Dunno. I've only had sick leave for a total of 70 days over the course of 21 years.

10 of those were after the appendicectomy, 50 when I broke my toe (and I wanted to work, but they wouldn't let me).

Out of the other 10, 4 were kidney stones and 1 food poisoning.

So just 5 days of "sickness", so I guess I ignore them alright.

I have unlimited physical health. But I continue too with the idea that a 35 year old won't drop dead. Going on is for me the right thing to do. I even had less than headaches in my life :) But if I have one, i have the feeling of dying. So not used to it.
