And yes, correct, I have a recruiting background.

BUT that’s what made me understand what developers are going through nowadays.
most recruiters don’t have a clue about technologies - let alone coding languages!!!

That’s why we created nexten.io. A platform aiming to connect talented developers directly with project leads instead of recruiting firms, while staying completely anonymous until you’re sure the position lives up to your desires.

Your profile will only be visible for companies that offer job opportunities matching your exact desires in order to reduce spam to a minimum. To contact you, a chat interaction is started, together with a short video by a CTO or Lead Dev explaining their specific tech needs - engineer to engineer.

At the moment the project is in the final development stage and before we launch on April 5th, we are trying to gather as much intel as possible, so if you have any opinion or want to be notified when we launch just drop a line!
