@korrat The culture and corporate at my company is horrific... I can completely understand that people have "checked out" and don't care anymore.
But for the love of god can you please flip the memory retention center of your brain on when I'm talking to you so I don't have to show you which 3 buttons to click 12 times a month.
Now you are contributing to my misery along with the company lol -
@korrat or at least, refer to the guide that I’ve devised. some people are just numb to written instructions.
I don't know if some people are incompetent or just simply dumb.
If you're not sure what to do, ask.
If every guideline for each workflow has been uploaded, read and watch.
Don't wait until the very last minute.
Don't even act innocent when I ask and you don't even know wtf I'm talking about.
Don't "disappear" and come back when the deadline is in few days.
Just stop torturing me with your horrible work ethics.
