    In Canadian Universities, there is always 1000 Mb/s speeds both ways. Unfortunately, everywhere else, there isn't

    yes you definitely need internet for INSTALLING Android studio, which happens after downloading

    @fun2code it's not wireless. It's connected via a cable to the router. I think it's a €10 monthly plan. It's a Cisco router connected to the ISP's fiber modem.
