When I moved away from my family for my studies, I found myself alone for the first time in AGES. It caused bad things to my brain but since, I really enjoy loneliness, peace, and not having anyone to disturb you.

When I check Facebook (from where I'll remove my account soon), all I see is people craving for likes, feng shui bullshit and useless stuff from people I don't speak to since I left my family.

There are these times where I wish I could get off the grid without having to say goodbye, move to Canada, and reset everything, delete all my accounts from everywhere, build a shelter and stay there.

Man, I miss loneliness

I know that feeling. When i visit my family i'm really glad to have someone around me, but a little while later i'm glad to be alone again. I'm also staying up late because i love the silence, knowing no one will come around.

I haven't been on facebook for years no, i quit because i only saw boring stuff from people i barely knew mixed with stuff i didn't want to see at all. A handful real friends you meet once in a while can completely replace facebook.

Take this from an introvert, Canada is not as isolated as you think it is. Also, people here truly think that you care about what they ate for breakfast on their IG and that if you don't like their posts, you're a monster. Try Alaska.

Ypu don't have to say anything to anyone, that is just social convention.

There is really nothing stopping you from doing that, except you thinking society stops you.

@Drillan767 all of those things are also social constructs ;)

Go raw, run to the forest naked.

Honestly, all that stips you is ideas and feelings, I am not telling you don't need money to do stuff but sometimes you don't look for or take opportunities because an idea or/and a feeling that holds you back and that is fine too! Just be sure that you are in control and that the thungs holding you back are really yours and important to you and not someoneelse's idea on what should be done.

We all struggle with this in some degree, it is really hard to determine what idea is really yours and not a social thing that csme from family, friends, heroes, whatever.
    Take control man.
