I'm about to graduate and I'm fucking exhausted ALL THE TIME. When I'm not in class, I'm at work. When I'm not at work or class, I'm working on projects. Trying to cover all my bases has left me incredibly anxious and unable to rest, so I don't sleep well and I'm fucking tired constantly, making it more difficult to do *anything*.

And if I hear "it's almost over" ONE MORE TIME :| yes, I know it is, that's why I'm freaking the fuck out, because I have 3 major projects I'm trying to balance on top of my internship.

I'm also trying to lose weight so I have to curve the stress eating. I cut out nicotine but I'm slowly picking it back up because

If I'm constantly stressed
And I can't rest
And I can't enjoy food
And I can't enjoy hobbies

Im basically just sitting here for HOURS every day losing my fucking mind without any distraction. 3 weeks until I graduate and it feels like an eternity. Every day is pain.

    Sorry your having such trouble.

Honestly my big problem is motivation at this point. My assignments bore me. So I guess I'm on the exact opposite side of anxiety that you are.

But dont hate on yourself for being tired. Not only are you doing a lot in terms of production but your also changing your lifestyle. One of those things alone, would be hard. You're doing both.

Is graduating something you want? Would it be that relief you're so desperately looking for? Then I hope you can think of it as a good thing.

Another way to look at it is the following: graduation is coming, whether you want it or not. I'm assuming that most work for it is done already? Or do you still have loads to do for it?

And what kinds of projects are you 'balancing on top'?

Tell us, at least I am eager to hear from you!

Congratulations! I'm so glad to hear you're life is back on track.

So, what do these feelings you experienced teach you about how you react to certain situations? And were those feelings appropriate for the situation?

And how is not smoking coming along for you? And eating healthier / getting more exercise? I know that a new job is a lot to take in, but this might be a good time to pick up an old or a new hobby!

@eeee it's all been pretty good. That was honestly one of the more stressed times of my life but friends and family helped me perservere, and my work was considerate towards my hours. Didn't help my damn car broke though! But im fixing / upgrading that very soon too.

As for the smoking (vaping), I stopped for a month and then started back. I've ran out of the liquid for it now and I'm just calling it quits; i enjoy having not-high blood pressure from nicotine and, aside from being a little grumpy, it's not that bad to set down a second time.

Such is life, if we didn't hate the bad parts we wouldn't enjoy the good ones right? Just gotta keep moving forward cause time isn't gonna wait for you!
