Am I the only one who thinks that IntelliJ is getting buggier and buggier after each release? Coz the newest version 2018.1 is total crap full of bugs...

    It's mostly like that only!
    Always first version is bigger than the upcoming release in the same year becomes stable!
    Same with PyCharm!

    @Nawap I always try to upgrade after new version is released but I also downgrade immediately. For example this version of PHPStorm (2018.1) came out and I could not search at all. Double shift was dead, CTRL + SHIFT + F was dead and the input inside CTRL + F was unfocusable. It is more like alpha and not even beta sometimes.

    @lamka02sk
    See i am so reluctant to upgrade jetBrains product mostly, if the current version is stable enough for me.
    I upgrade only if ppl tell it's stable.
    I understand , something with Android Studio also.(had to downgrade)
    I like bleeding edge, but not my development environment, since it's quite irritating.

    I'm running latest early access and it works fine. Try running latest version, but replacing jre the IDE is using with 2017.3 jre.
