Manjaro with kde is bad. Inconsistent and lags unnecessarily. Worst linux experience till now. I have actually started using windows on a daily basis after this.

That's too bad. Personally I'm kinda in love with manjaro+KDE. If you still want to go the arch way there's Antergos for example. Or you could try a more lightweight desktop environment.
I'm kinda biased towards arch based distros so I'll leave the rest to others.

If you like KDE then Mageia is a good option, really beautiful and stable distro. Personally, I stick to Debian based since it is what I know the best, Kubuntu is pretty stable imho
