One of your first lessons, a title is just that a title. Do leave and they'll offer to pay you more.

I did the same thing on my first job, i got hired as junior android dev and after a year i was backend dev, sql admin, front end js dev, sys admin and on top of all this I created and managed a WISP infrastracture using mikrotik routers and ubnt wireless antennas. There is no need to say that i was paid less than the average junior developer, but I got experience on so many things that I can work on almost any position. Right now i m senior backend at a big company, i have the biggest salary among all employees and that's my second job, without any degree or something.

My advise is to stay as long as you learn new things and when you feel ready leave and you will be paid for the time you work now.

Same here, getting payed minimum wage and doing the work of literally 5+ people developing SaaS.
