Wow Github finally conducts a study about students!

Do you have a link? I want to see it since I'm a student right now.

@filthyranter oh! OK yeah I never got it then. Github blacklisted my school's .edu because some former students were using their old emails to get the student github benefits for free.

Oh well!

@Sindiewen wow, that sucks. I don't even have an .edu mail but looks like GitHub knows my school (also, as soon as you have quit that school, your user account there is deleted to make sure this doesn't happen) since it took 2 minutes to upgrade my account (instead of "we'll contact you in a few weeks")
