donnico12696yWhich one does the best cv? How is your team? Growth possibilities? Ya know is not only about da money
-
F*** the money! If you're good at your job and you learn a lot, you can always ask your boss for a raise.
If your team is good, you fit in and your job's interesting and has some perspective to it, by all means, stay. -
It depends. It is a case to case basis. You alone can answer your question.
Case 1: you are the breadwinner of your family then your priority is a big income. There is a saying: the best motivation is income 👌 Then go for a big salary
Case 2: your family is above average or rice and is supporting you somehow (just a little) but you like career growth, Good culture, work life balance and new technologies. Your current company provides all of that except your salary is low. Then stay in your company. -
If you go for the big salary but the career growth there is not good then I suggest you still go for that big salary. You can always do a self study, youtube or online courses after work hours/free time. Invest in yourself. That is only my opinion. I need a big income because my parents are gonna retire in the near future.
Also think of the long term opportunity for the big salary. Make sure it is stable. -
funky16106yFor me, the first thing I want from a job is to like what I do. If that is fulfilled I can compromise on anything else.

Question is
How much do you know?
Will the extra money benefit you in a way that you will learn more in other ways (online courses, investment in assets,...) -
You cant live on learning new things, but you can learn new things even if you are earning money
Hi everyone,
I am working in a company where the pay is not that great but i am learning newer technologies here. And now I am getting a offer from a company where the pay will be decent but not so sure that I will learn that much.
Need advise which one should i choose.
