So.. I'm doing this 2 week long internship at a pretty big corporation that was looking for high school students for a security training program, and they're having us utilize Splunk (which I've heard about, but never used). Any opinions and/or tips on this tool? :)

I used splunk in my last company. We had once a training (but about microservices in general) and trainer said it's like a "Porsche" among the logging tools. Nice to have but very pricey ;)

Get used to the rex search command if you can't change the traced logging outputs...
