    I legit can't remember the last time I got a bsod, you might want to make sure you don't have any hardware issues. (Unless it was some software you were using that was broken, that can sometimes cause it as well)

    @hexc it is a software/hardware issue, of that I'm sure. I've been plagued by this particular error (POWER_DRIVER_STATE_FAILURE) ever since I bought the computer, and I never found a solution to it.

    Not sure what triggered it this time though, since I don't recall ever having it mid-reboot. It typically dies when I plug in/out the charger, but this time I was running on a fully charged battery (which is still in good condition)

    @endor btw i had a similar issue on an old laptop that was targeted for Windows 7 and never got an update for the drivers, win 8.1 worked ok, but 10 messed up the swirchable gpu so i had to run everything on the NVidia gpu cause the intel one would BSOD. If you're not on the factory os you might consider downgrading
