Ironic rant: so I went to see what can be changed on my profile and I saw I can build an avatar... or can I?!

Nope need 10 ++ and I only have 5 they told me I should post a rant or make some comments...so here is the thing I chose to rant about? Why do I need 10 upvotes to make an avatar? How rude?
