When you receive a merit increase...check the web and still slightly underpaid for your position.....

I maintain two fucking college campuses and I am seveeeeeerly underpaid and understaffed.

@Artemix thanks! I did already receive it and am grateful for it, which is why I am hesitant.

I would like to follow up with a type of 'Thank you for this increase, however given what I do here vs normal compensation for the field in this area....' but as they say
