So basically, At work, we are starting to get bigger, more devs, more ppl, but we are starting to get QA, and PM, and Im starting to hate it

    If you have a good QA and a good PM then these should be good things. Somebody needs to do QA work (unless you're happy with shipping crap) and somebody needs to do PM work (unless you're happy with constant chaos). Usually in companies that have no formal QA or PM, it's the developers who end up doing that stuff. I'd rather let a dedicated QA/PM do that work so I can focus on the core of my job.

    Of course that's assuming you get a decent QA/PM. There are definitely those who think their job is to create extra process without assessing whether the results of the process are actually helpful.

    That's good, it means you can start thinking of hoping up inside the company to a better paid position since it's growing.

    @HollowKitty I know you re right, but, it's a fucking mess here, everybody giving "instant orders" cause as you know everything is urgent {¬.¬}
