When I see a bug in somebody else's code (Gnome):
- "can you please not write bugs!"

When I see a bug on my code:
-"whatever, I'm only human..."

😅

I'm pretty much the opposite, when I find bugs in my code I curse the dumbass that coded this mess.

When it's in most other people's code I do my best to tell them how to replicate the issue, and occasionally offer my suggestion on how to fix it as well.

idk about you, but when I find a bug in my code, I'll try to fix it
